Currently, Northeast Florida has approximately 300 children in active treatment for pediatric cancer with an average of 150 newly diagnosed each year. The toll it takes on the child and their family is tremendous. That’s why the Child Cancer Fund has dedicated 30 Years of Caring for those battling childhood cancer. Your generous support will provide practical, emotional, educational and mental health services to these brave children and their families.

WHERE DOES YOUR MONEY GO

Financial Support

Families are eligible for short-term financial assistance that can cover non-medical household bills and provide food and gas cards to ease the financial burdens of juggling work and life responsibilities, all while caring for their sick child.

Wraparound Services

From funding the Child Life Specialist position to providing tutoring, educational materials or a medically-supervised family retreat weekend, Child Cancer Fund gives families the additional tools they need to navigate dealing with a childhood cancer diagnosis.

Emotional Support

Your help provides funding for patient mental health services through the Child Cancer Fund Psychosocial Services Endowment as well as for CCFConnect, a social group for parents and guardians of pediatric cancer patients to connect with others facing similar circumstances
