New Year’s Day Ball Drop

Get ready for an unforgettable experience as a helicopter flies over the 14th-hole tee box of Jacksonville Golf and Country Club at 4:30 p.m. on New Year’s Day and drops hundreds of numbered golf balls from the sky.
With a $100 donation, you’ll receive a Child Cancer Fund ball drop golf ball, and have the opportunity to start 2024 with some cash in your pocket, while helping local families. Ball drop proceeds go toward Child Cancer Fund programs to help our families battling a childhood cancer diagnosis.
The golf ball that lands closest to the target pin wins!
First Place Winner Receives $5,000*
Second Place Winner Receives $1,000*
*Prize money is based upon purchase of a minimum of 200 golf balls. If the minimum is not met, the first place prize will be a 50/50 split with the Child Cancer Fund of net proceeds. The second place prize will be $500.
